Much like a film making methodology, our assessment methodology includes a pre-production review of client-provided documentation to characterize the environment through policies and procedures, network topology and an application profile.
As part of the production process, remote and onsite reviews are conducted, results are integrated for analysis and evaluation, followed by report compilation, and submission to our client. Data-driven decision making is at the heart of our controls assessment and actionable gap remediation option identification.
Much like post production, the final report is processed, collaboratively reviewed and validated with the client, with alternative remediation options discussed to eliminate any confusion, and address any questions or concerns.
